La LT300 is an automated gluing station for leather and/or textile elements of any shape and style. Used in the production of bags, wallets, phone covers and tablets and nautical and automotive elements.

The two axes movement and the electronic control by PC, integrated with the company network, allow gluing both the full and the edges of the processed pieces.

Having two working areas allows optimizing and reducing the times to load and unload the material.

The positioning of the material is via dies and the powerful exhauster ensures that the material in process, even if very light, will remain in the correct position during the gluing phase. The maximum dimension of the working field is of 1050x600 mm.

The programming can be done by DXF files or by dots, with the aid of a joystick and a laser pointer.

The machine is able to follow straight and curved trajectories; all work programs can be saved in the machine and on a USB key, so to be reused in the future. The machine is equipped with a 10 liters Teflon glue tank, prepared for the use of the glue in dry bags.
