Leather Strap Skiving Machine (SKI)

This machine is specially developed for strap edge skiving at very high speed and with very high precision. The position of the knife is controlled electronically and the sharpening of the knife is done with a diamand grinding wheel.

In many woven leather patterns, to obtain a nice weft, it is absolutely essential to use perfectly skived straps.

The same machine can also skive over the whole width of the strap in order to get uniform thickness.
