The MIG60 is an automatic Brushing Machine with four brushes able brush and at the same time polish the tip and edges of belts, shoulder straps for bags, leashes and collars for pets, of width between 10 and 100 mm.

It has a speed variator and a programmable aspirator via PLC touch screen.

It can program the various functions available through a PLC electronic system:

Setting distance tip-dye;

Speed adjustment brushing (2000>5000 rpm) and feed;

Adjustable time brushing and locking tip;

Rotation of brushes reversely;

Possibility to choose the working mode, with 2 or 4 brushes active simultaneously.

It’s also possible to adjust the height and the pressure of the brushes on the tip and edges of the belt or strip.

It’s available also the model MIG30: Automatic brushing machine only for the tips for belts and strips.
