Band knife splitting machine

The precision banknife splitting machine NAF470G is used in the rubber and plastics industry as a production and laboratory machine.

As a special feature, the machine in the G-serie have a display which indicates the set distance between the bottom feed roll and the cutting edge of the bandknife. So the desired cut level can be realized in the first splitting process.

Machine description

NAF470G with LC-display of splitting thickness, and scrap thickness, permanent display of key machine management features, with thickness measering device. The standard version of the machine has a clearance of  8mm material thickness (optional 40mm).

The automatically self-adjusting band knife ensures a bechecked by integradet magnifying glassed. For a splitting up to 10mm the display shows 0.05mm steps.

Exceeding the 10mm, steps of 0.10mm are displayed.

Infinitely variable feed drive, electronically adjustable 2-24mm/min.
