LT 400 is an automated two-axes gluing station suitable to collect and glue leather quadrants of the maximum size of 40 x 40 cm. The grip and positioning of the material takes place via dies, while the discharge of the processed material is done by a conveyor belt. The electronic control by PC or PCL (PRO or ECO versions), eventually integrated with the company network, allows to glue both the full and the edges of the processed pieces.

The large automatic lift loader of the material allows the machine to work in complete autonomy for long periods of time, while the powerful exhauster ensures that the items, even if very light, will remain in the correct position during the gluing phase.

The programming can be done by DXF file or by dots, with the aid of a joystick and a laser point. The machine is able to follow straight and curved trajectories; all work programs can be saved on the PC and on a USB key, so to be reused in the future.

The machine is equipped with a 10 liters teflon tank, prepared for the use of the glue in dry bags.

LT400 can be integrated with a drying oven.
