LT100 is an automated two-axes gluing station equipped with a conveyor belt for the discharge of the processed material. The grip and positioning of the material are done by suction cups.

The powerful vacuum ensures that the material in process, even if very light, will remain in the correct position during the gluing phase. The large automatic lift loader of the material allows the machine to work in complete autonomy for long periods of time.

The maximum dimension of the processed items is of 240x150 mm.

The programming is done by a convenient PLC touch screen and a joystick. The laser pointer allows an easy and intuitive programming of the gluing routes.

All work programs can be saved in the machine and on a USB stick, so to be reused in the future.

The machine is equipped with a 10 liters Teflon tank, prepared for the use of the glue in dry bags.
