LT600 optic is an automatic workstation suitable for gluing all kind of components of leather, synthetic, leather board, toe puff, counter material and fabric.

Used in the production of bags, wallets, footwear, luggage, watch straps, automotive and nautical elements and furnishing.

Based on the vision system via optical camera with a resolution of 1.3 megapixels, which detects the shape and position of the pieces to be glued, the machine allows all types of bonding perimeter and / or any point of a flat components and for bonding in the full surface.

Equipped with a gun with a nozzle of 1.2 mm, which reduces the margin of error of +/- 1 mm. The machine is equipped with integrated industrial computer and network interface controller preset for remote access, LCD monitor “17, software for the management of 3 axis XYZ and models editor software.

Thanks to the specially created software which allows easy and intuitive use of machinery. For example, the operator to freely position the pieces to be glued on the work surface. It draws directly on the images with the mouse; all working programs can be saved on the PC and on

USB key so you can reused in the future. The machine is equipped with a tank of 10 liter Teflon-coated prepared for the use of glue in dry bags.

Thanks to the wheels, to the bin glue and powerful vacuum integrated within, the machine can be moved easily at any time.
